Testimonals

This was the fourth year that the Harrisburg Bicycle Club has stayed at HWS for its Finger Lakes trip. Geneva is perfect for us because of the availability of nice scenic biking roads, good restaurants, Wegmans, and proximity to many attractions including an excellent bike shop and wineries. The townhouses at HWS work well for our group because they are comfortable, offer single rooms and allow us the opportunity to mingle in both the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The location around the pond is very scenic and relaxing. We also appreciate the convenience of having two bathrooms in each unit as well as a full kitchen. We are granted use of the Barn for our breakfasts and evening social activities and that is very important to us, since we love to share our Finger Lakes experiences with each other and make connections with riding partners. The staff at HWS, including the Conferences & Event staff, the student housekeepers and security officers, has always been very helpful and have worked quickly to resolve any problems we have had.
Marilyn Chaste, Harrisburg Bicycles club
We could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. Tammy and Erica were always ready to handle whatever we requested of them. The summer interns were very helpful to the Envirothon committee in setting up the testing sites and anything we needed. The food was great and the feedback from the team members and advisors was great. Overall, everyone enjoyed their stay at HWS and we would hold another event there again.
Blanche Hurlbutt, Envirothon
